shaadimahal.com is a venue discovery platform for Bangalore. It lists wedding and event venues, such as banquet halls and marriage gardens, so you can compare them by locality, capacity and price.

You contact venue owners directly through WhatsApp. Availability, bookings, prices, payments, cancellations and refunds are arranged between you and the venue owner. shaadimahal.com does not take bookings or payments and is not a party to any agreement you make with a venue.

Venue details, prices and photos are provided by venue owners. Our team reviews listings before they go live, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is accurate, complete or up to date. Prices shown are indicative. Please confirm details with the venue owner, and visit the venue where possible, before you book or pay.

• Give accurate information when you create an account.
• Keep your password and sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse the website.

If you list a venue, you confirm that:

• you own or manage the venue, or are authorised to list it
• the details you provide are accurate, and you will keep them up to date
• you have the right to use the photos you upload
• the WhatsApp number you provide is yours or the venue's, and you are happy for customers to use it

You allow us to display your venue details and photos on shaadimahal.com for as long as the venue is listed. Venue owner accounts and venues are reviewed by our team before they appear publicly. We may decline, disable or remove any listing, for example if it is inaccurate, incomplete or breaks these terms. Some changes to a live venue, such as adding photos, send it back for review.

Please do not:

• post false, misleading, offensive or unlawful content
• upload photos or content you do not have the right to share
• use venue contact details to send spam or unrelated messages
• copy or scrape listings in bulk, or interfere with the website's operation or security

The website links to services run by others, including WhatsApp, Google sign-in and Google Maps. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

The website is provided “as is”. Any dispute about a booking, payment or the venue itself is between you and the venue owner. To the extent permitted by law, shaadimahal.com is not responsible for the services provided by venues or for arrangements made between customers and venue owners.
