Privacy Policy

You can explore venues and view venue pages without an account. We do not ask for any personal details to browse.

Like most websites, our hosting and database providers may automatically process technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so the site can be delivered and kept secure.

Accounts are used by venue owners and our team. Sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth. Depending on how you sign in, we collect:

• Email sign-up: your email address, your password and, if you provide it, your full name. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth and are not stored in our own database tables. We send a confirmation link to your email address.
• Mobile number: if you sign in with your mobile number, Supabase Auth stores the number and sends a one-time code to it by SMS.
• Google sign-in: if you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares basic profile information with us through Supabase, such as your name, email address and profile picture, depending on your Google account. We save your name to your profile and use your email address to identify your account. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not ask for access to your Gmail, contacts, files or other Google data.

Signing in keeps you logged in using cookies set by Supabase. These cookies are needed for your account to work.

Every account has a profile that stores your name (if we have one), your account type (customer, venue owner or admin) and, for venue owners, the status of your owner application, such as pending, approved or rejected, along with the date of the decision and any reason given.

When you list a venue, we store the details you enter, including:

• venue name, category, description and facilities
• address and locality
• guest capacity and prices
• the WhatsApp number customers should use to contact the venue
• photos you upload (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB each)

Our team reviews each venue before it appears on the website. Once approved, the venue's details, photos and WhatsApp number are shown publicly so customers can contact you. Your account email address is not shown on venue pages. We also keep a history of each venue's review status changes.

Photos are stored in Supabase Storage and served from public web addresses, so anyone who has a photo's address can open it. The website only displays photos of approved venues. Photos are stored as you upload them, so please remove location data or other details you don't want shared before uploading. When you remove a photo from your venue, we delete the file from storage.

The “Chat on WhatsApp” button opens WhatsApp with a message to the venue owner that includes the venue's name and a link to its page. Your conversation takes place on WhatsApp, directly between you and the venue owner. We do not see or store those messages, and the venue owner will see your WhatsApp number and profile as WhatsApp shows them. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to your use of WhatsApp.

Map links on venue pages open Google Maps, where Google's privacy policy applies.

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only as described in this policy:

• Supabase provides our database, sign-in and photo storage, and processes the information above on our behalf.
• Google, if you use Google sign-in.
• SMS and email delivery used by Supabase to send sign-in codes and confirmation links.
• Our website hosting provider, which serves the website.
• The public, for the details of approved venues, as described above.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

We keep account and listing information while your account is active or while it is needed to run the website. We have not set fixed retention periods. To ask us to delete your account or venue listing, or to access or correct your information, email us at mohammedzubair991684@gmail.com. We may keep some information where it is needed to resolve disputes, prevent misuse or meet legal requirements.

Venue owners can usually edit their venue details and remove photos from their dashboard. If a venue has been disabled or an owner account is suspended, email us instead.

Access to account and venue data is restricted by database access rules, so owners can only manage their own venues and only our team can review listings. No website or online service can be completely secure, so please keep your password private.

We may update this policy as the website changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
